This week’s meal plan is largely focused on breakfast. I’ve been drinking smoothies all week to put together a list of delicious and nutritious, breakfast smoothies for you. Hope you are making time for breakfast and if not, then smoothies could be the way to go. I’m always rushing in the morning so I love being able to throw some frozen fruit and anything else I think will be healthy, yet tasty, into the blender, whizz it up and pour into a tumbler to drink on the go. Do you drink smoothies? What are your favourite smoothie recipes?
Smoothies and meal plans aside, I hope you’ve all had a good week. Mine was yet again riddled with technical issues but the last straw was losing internet for three days. We lost wi-fi back in April, due to mice (apparently!) nibbling on the fibre cables running under the pavement outside our home. The technician that came out today again diagnosed “mouse nibbling cables”. That mouse sure finds our cable tasty – I mean how come it’s always our cable, what are the odds? I also think something is getting lost in translation and really he meant rats not mice – ew! I’ve never seen a mouse in Hong Kong but I have seen some pretty enormous rats. Any one got any ideas how to stop rats/mice from nibbling broadband cables?
